Denver Reopens 8th Avenue Bridge over the South Platte River

Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is excited to announce it has reopened West 8th Avenue over the South Platte River after closing the stretch last September so that crews could replace a decades old bridge in the Sun Valley and Lincoln Park neighborhoods between Zuni Street and Federal Boulevard.

Parking Code Violators in Denver Face Increased Fines Starting Feb 1

City Announces Next Phase of Shared Streets Initiative

Safety Improvement Project to Require Closure of South Parker Road

Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is continuing work to install an underpass along the High Line Canal Trail at South Parker Road and East Mississippi Avenue that will allow trail users to travel underneath this busy intersection and avoid conflicts with people in cars. The safety project is anticipated to be completed this fall.
