Online Parking Dispute Process Returns September 14th

The City and County of Denver is gearing up to once again offer people a way to dispute their parking tickets online.

Starting Monday, September 14, people who believe they were issued a parking citation in error can dispute it online here at denvergov.org/parking. DOTI will review online citation disputes, replacing what was formerly the Parking Magistrates program run by Denver County Court.

To dispute a citation online when the portal opens September 14, the citation must not be over 20 days old (in other words, the ticket must have been issued on or after August 25).
