New election rules were enacted following a public hearing on June 6, 2012. These rules govern a number of election topics, including petitions for initiated ordinance, Charter amendment, referendum and recall.
This group was formed to assist the Clerk and Recorder and the Elections Director in their outreach efforts to Denver's limited-English, Spanish-
speaking citizens. Central goals include making voting materials more accessible, ensuring an adequate number of Spanish-speaking poll workers, and increasing voting participation.
