Do business with us online instead of in person!

Due to the ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the Board of Adjustment will primarily operate online rather than in person, beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe this is a responsible way to protect our staff and the public health of the residents in our community.  We believe we can address customers’ needs through email correspondence and we will do our best to ensure our office continues to operate despite the novel coronavirus concerns.  If there is anything we can help you with, please get in touch with us by email.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Directions: The building is located on Colfax Avenue, approximately 2 blocks west of Broadway. The Office and Hearing Room (2.H.14) are located on the 2nd floor at the northeastern end of the building, near Court Place and 15th Street.
