A water main and service line replacement project is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, February 14 on 3rd Avenue from Elm Street to Grape Street. Denver Water anticipates the project will take about one month to complete. Parking restrictions will be in effect from 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted.
