Video Replay: Permitting event for marijuana facilities

On March 7, experts from Denver Excise and Licenses, Community Planning and Development, Denver Fire Department, and the Department of Public Health and Environment hosted a forum on licensing, permitting, and inspections for the marijuana industry.

Topics discussed included requirements for new and expanding marijuana stores, centers, and grows; how to make changes like transferring ownership, moving a point-of-sale location, and adding security systems; green roofs; the best way to prepare for inspections; new online ways to apply for permits; and what comes first, the license or the permit.
