On Tuesdays, arrive before 2:30 p.m. for Log In, Plan Pick-up, Resubmittals, Quick Permits, or to speak with customer service staff. These permit counters will close at 3 p.m. each Tuesday as more than half of these customers now apply electronically. Learn more.
