The City and County of Denver Public Works Department is seeking firms to provide on-call Inspection, Material Testing and Environmental Testing services to support various Capital Projects Management Facilities, Transportation, Wastewater and other City Agency projects as necessary. These services include, but are not limited to: Construction Inspection, Geotechnical Engineering investigation and design reports, Foundation Design reports (caissons, piles, footings, etc.) Pavement Design reports (subgrade, asphalt, concrete), Material Testing (soils, aggregate, asphalt, concrete, masonry, sewer piping, Cured-In-Place Pipe, etc.), Material Inspection (soils, concrete, asphalt, timber, masonry, steel components and erection, fireproofing, piping, mechanical, electrical, Exterior Insulation Finished Systems, environmental, etc.), Structural integrity or capacity analysis, Clerical Support, Environmental Site Assessments and preparing Materials Management Plans.

2015 Critical Wastewater Infrastructure Repairs and Maintenance Public Works - Contract No. 201522530

General Statement of Work

 A 3-year long contract for the repair and maintenance of deteriorated, failing or problematic wastewater infrastructure.  Work may   include, but not limited to, repairs or maintenance of sanitary and storm sewer systems, repairs or maintenance of open channel waterways, repairs and maintenance to concrete flatwork and street infrastructure promoting storm drainage, repairs and maintenance that promotes drainage in City Parks, repairs and maintenance in support of capital projects, and repairs and maintenance to satisfy City obligations under State, Federal, and Army Corp issued permits associated with new construction, water quality, and drainage way improvements.

Tranportation Division - Contract No. 201522601 2015 Directional Boring Master On-Call

General Statement of Work

2015 Directional Boring Master On-Call will be used to install electrical conduits throughout the City to support traffic signals rebuild programs, Interconnects system, and (ITS) intelligent traffic system infrastructures construction and/or rebuilds. All work will be per the current Denver Traffic standards.  Conduit types range from 2", 3", 4" and 6" to a bundle of 2"/3" to multiples of 3" conduits. Fiber optic cable installation included (MM) multimode to (SM) single mode installation. No civil work is anticipated, but concrete and landscape restoration is included in this contract. Each project will be scoped, priced and authorized separately and all work will be supervised and directed by a Traffic Engineering project manager.
