The Department of Public Works, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for professional services to complete Denver 911 Communication Center Relocation described below.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held August 18, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room 1.D.1 Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202.  Interested firms are encouraged to attend.  Submitters are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

Printed Responses are due September 4, 2015, no later than 10:00 a.m. MST, delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn:  Debby Gibson, 201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO  80202.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is soliciting requests for qualifications from design teams to provide professional design services to renovate a recently acquired property and its supporting infrastructure to house a modern Denver 911 Emergency Communication Center.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The Project goal of 19% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.  For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
