The Department of Public Works, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for Professional Engineering Services for the project named above.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 1:00 pm local time, Thursday, March 3, 2016, in Conference Room 4.G.2, Wellington E. Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking a multidisciplinary planning, environmental and engineering team to provide environmental compliance through the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process; preliminary and final engineering design, and right-of-way services for multimodal improvements to Quebec Street from 13th to 26th Avenues.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 20% Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation must be met with as set forth in 49 CFR Part 26. For compliance with good faith effort requirements, as set forth in Part 26, the DBE solicitation level required for this project is 100% of the City and Denver’s certified DBEs and 100% of the State of Colorado’s Department of Transportation (CDOT’s) certified DBE’s.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of Public Works (“Executive Director” and “Manager” have the same meaning) reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
