A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:00 AM local time, December 28, 2017 in Conference Room 4.I.5 in the Webb Building, 201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO, 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver desires to solicit proposals relating to graffiti abatement from private and public property.
Question Deadline: All questions shall be submitted in writing by January 4, 2018 at 2:00pm local time.
Prevailing Wage Requirements: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, D.R.M.C.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
