The Mayor’s Office Of The National Western Center, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for a professional design consultant for the National Western Center. RFQ documents will be available for download at www.QuestCDN.com, eBid Document No. 5387012, at the cost of $10.00.
Responses are due at 10:00 a.m. MST, November 17, 2017, delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: Jill Ferguson, 201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO 80202.
A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., October 30, 2017, in Conference Room 1.B.6. - Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (CCD), in partnership with The Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center, and its Founding Partners, seek a professional design consulting team for the new National Western Center to support the enabling works and site wide infrastructure elements of the NWC Capital Build program on a Task Order-by-Task Order basis. This is a critical component that will take the emerging concept designs from Campus Placemaking and develop the design(s) through 100%, including the delivery of “For Construction” drawings and specifications.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The project goal of 19% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the City’s Executive Director of The Mayor’s Office Of The National Western Center, reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
