General Statement of Work: The Department of Public Works, Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from Consultant Teams to provide on-call professional services for the Campus Placemaking Study for the National Western Center Project (NWC). The Campus Placemaking Study will advance the NWC’s Regional Tourism Act (RTA) facilities program refinement, the public realm design, the Campus Design Standards and Guidelines, and up to 30% Site Infrastructure Design.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 24% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
