General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking a design firm(s) to provide architectural and engineering professional services for the GVR expansion, located at 4890 Argonne Way, Denver, and/or the Congress renovations, located at 850 North Josephine Street, Denver. Proposers may submit qualifications for one or both projects. If design firms are interested in pursuing both projects, qualifications need to be delivered as separate submittals. Shortlisted design firms will be able to propose on both projects, but these proposals need to be separate packages as well. If the City finds that one design firm is best suited to lead the design services for both GVR and Congress, then only one design firm may be selected. Proposing design firms need to be mindful of schedules and staff capacity as this will be important in the selection process.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The separate project goals of 24% for each project must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
