Responses are due at 10:00 a.m. MST, May 24, 2018, delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: Jill Ferguson, 201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO  80202.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m., May 3, 2018, in Conference Room 4F6 - Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202.  Interested firms are encouraged to attend.  Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting. Additionally, there will be a Site/Building Visit (5125 Race Court) at 1 p.m May 3, 2018.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (CCD), in partnership with The Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center, and its Equity Partners, seek a professional architectural and engineering design consulting team to support the renovation of an existing structure at 5125 Race Ct to serve as a new Maintenance and Operations Facility for the National Western Center.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The project goal of 30% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.

General:  As the City’s best interests may appear, the City’s Executive Director of The Mayor’s Office of The National Western Center, reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
