A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, March 12, 2019 on the 4th floor in Conference Room 4.F.6., WEBB Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Attendance is not mandatory; however, Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from Design Teams to provide Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library Renovation located at 2401 Welton Street, Denver, CO 80205.
About Elevate Denver Bond Program: Elevate Denver is a 10-year, $937 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2017, that will enhance the City and County of Denver by providing critical improvements to the City’s infrastructure—improving our roads, sidewalks, parks, recreation centers, libraries, cultural centers, public-owned buildings and safety facilities.
Small Business Enterprise: The SBE Project goal is 30% Self-Performing. This contract solicitation is subject to the defined pool selection requirements of Article VII, Chapter 28 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (D.R.M.C.) (the “SBE Ordinance”) and, as such, this contract is excluded from the coverage of Article III, Chapter 28 of the D.R.M.C. The SBE defined pool prime contractor selection requirement is 30% and there is no additional SBE requirement.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
