Request for Qualifications: Professional Design Services National Western Center Livestock Center

Responses are due at 10:00 a.m. MST, July 31st, 2019, delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: David Relaford, 201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO  80202.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 10, 2019, in Conference Room 4.G.2. - Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202.  Interested firms are encouraged to attend.  Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work:

The Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center (NWCO), through the City and County of Denver (CCD or “City”) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from teams to provide Architectural and Engineering Professional Services for the Livestock Center Project (Project). The Project includes the design and construction administration services for approximately 390,000 sq. ft. of new livestock facilities. The scope of design services includes verification of programming and conceptual design, schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, coordination with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration through project completion.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The project goal of 24% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C

General:  As the City’s best interests may appear, the City’s Executive Director of Mayor’s Office of The National Western Center reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
