General Statement of Work
This project will convert approximately 1400' of the existing roadway at Arkins Court from 35th to 38th Avenues into a linear park with water quality elements, planter boxes, gangway, and pavilion structures, and locations for the public to sit, have events, play, and exercise. Elements of construction in this project include earthwork, concrete edging, walls, curbing, flatwork, and paving, asphalt milling and overlay, asphalt paving, decking, drilling, structure fabrication and erection, storm pipe installation, wiring, lighting, irrigation, and landscaping.

BID SUBMITTALS: Bids for this project will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.QuestCDN.com. Bids must be submitted via QuestCDN no later than 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 7, 2020.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in and to reject any or all, submittals.
