Contract 202054285 Red Rocks Stage Roof

Elevate Denver is a 10-year, $937 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2017, that will enhance the City and County of Denver by providing critical improvements to the City’s infrastructure – improving our roads, sidewalks, parks, recreation centers, libraries, cultural centers, public-owned buildings and safety facilities. General Statement of Work

Project includes replacing the existing Red Rocks Amphitheatre stage roof and structure. The scope of work will include demolition of the existing stage roof and its structure. The new roof structure will include foundations, concrete splayed columns, and structural steel, including a walking tension grid. The roof consists of a standing seam copper roof with douglas fir underside. Removable side roofs, power, lighting, low voltage, drainage and replacement interior finishes at the foundation level are also incorporated.

Estimated Construction Cost

Between $3,800,000.00 and $4,200,000.00

Pre-bid Meeting

Optional Virtual Meeting - at 9:00 a.m., local time, on April 30, 2020.

Optional Site Visit - between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., local time, on May 05, 2020. General Contractors will need to submit an email by 5:00 p.m. on April 30 to pw.procurement@denvergov.org requesting a site visit. General contractor will have 20-30 minutes to walk the site. Contractors will be given their time slot before close of business on May 01, 2020.
