General Statement of Work

Work consists of installing new irrigation system, pump equipment and pump enclosure at Fred Thomas Park, including trenching, boring, and installation of equipment, followed by sodding, seeding and possible tree replacement (as required), and installation of 6 ft attached concrete sidewalk along 26th Avenue and detached sidewalk along Roslyn and Syracuse Streets.

Estimated Construction Cost

Between $1,100,000.00 and $1,350,000.00.
