Paying online?

The City of Denver recently implemented a security enhancement to better protect our online payment processing system.  As a result of this enhancement, we are no longer able to accept payments from non-current browsers. If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to the most current version so that you can access the online payment service.

Please complete a Complaint Form should you have an issue with a short-term rental operation in your neighborhood.  Many additional resources are available over the phone or online:

  • The 3-1-1 Call Center is available 7 days a week at 720-913-1311
  • For loud disturbances or suspicious activity, the non-emergency police line is available 24/7 at 720-913-2000

  • For emergencies please dial 9-1-1

Having conflict with your neighbor?  So many times we’re not sure where to turn or what to do when our quality of life is impacted.  The City provides an independent, objective mediation and conflict resolution resource (free to residents) to help you resolve conflict within your neighborhood.

The goal of mediation is to reach a written agreement between neighbors.  Examples of potential agreements for short-term rental issues include prohibiting renters from parking in certain areas, implementing quiet hours, restricting smoking areas, and providing contact information to neighbors should a renter become disruptive.

If you are interested in speaking with the mediation team contact or click here for more information.
