Public hearings resume, written submissions encouraged
City Council is resuming required public hearings. Council encourages constituents to be safer at home and make their voices heard through written submissions. Written comments realted to a public hearing should be submitted to email@example.com by 3 p.m. the day of the hearing.
All written comments received by the deadline will be reviewed by council and will be part of the permanent record for that hearing. Written submissions will not be read aloud at the council meeting.
People who choose to comment in person will be requried to wear a mask and to follow social distancing guidelines. You may be asked to move to an overflow room in order to meet social distancing requirements.
