New Short-Term Rental rules

Denver is implementing new rules for short-term rental (STR) licenses which go into effect last week. These include new insurance requirements, notification requirements for regular home or renter’s insurance carriers, notification requirements for those who live in a HOA, and a requirement to keep the Department of Excise and Licenses (EXL) apprised of their local responsible party.
