The City and County of Denver is located on the front range of the Rocky Mountains in the north-central part of the State of Colorado. Denver is the service, retail, financial, transportation and distribution center of the Rocky Mountain region.
The City issues general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and other financial obligations to fund the capital improvement needs for various municipal projects for the city and its enterprises, including its Wastewater Enterprise, Golf Enterprise, and Denver International Airport.

The Cash, Risk, and Capital Funding Division within Denver’s Department of Finance manages the issuance and administration of the debt and other multi-year financial obligations of the city and its enterprises, including its Wastewater Enterprise, Golf Enterprise, and Denver International Airport.
