The Executive Director of Public Works, City and County of Denver, proposes to change Public Works Executive Director’s Rules and Regulations: reference PWRR-011.0, title: Criteria for Hazardous or Defective Sidewalks. The proposed rules are adopted under Article II, Part 3 of the Charter of the City and County of Denver, and sections 49-112 and 49-119 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.
