Every summer, multiple events draw crowds to the area around Civic Center Park. This year, to avoid repeated openings and closings of Bannock Street to accommodate these events, Denver Public Works will temporarily close Bannock Street from Colfax to 14th Avenues from August 25 through October 1 to provide more consistency to the travelling public.
