If your project is in a local historic landmark district or if your property has been designated a historic landmark, Denver's Landmark Preservation staff must complete a design review of your project before you begin.

Any changes that will require a zoning, building, demolition, revocable, and/or curb cut permit for work on the exterior of a building or site are managed through the combined efforts of CPD's Development Services and Landmark Preservation staff. Before proceeding with your project, please submit a design review application. Once approved, you will receive a "Certificate of Appropriateness" indicating approval for you to proceed with your project.
