A site development plan (SDP) review is required for all new commercial projects and residential projects of three or more units. This review starts with a pre-application/concept plan submission. You will be assigned a project coordinator to assist you through the review and permitting process.
Large projects may also need to undergo large development review (LDR) and/or submit an infrastructure master plan (IMP).
