Parkways

Certain streets in Denver are designated "parkways" by city ordinance to preserve their unique character. Each designated parkway has its own regulations for right-of-way and setback. Parkways approval required

Construction of projects located on parkway property are managed through the combined efforts of Development Services and Denver Parks and Recreation and require Parkways approval before proceeding.
