Need a ballot? Pick yours up using our curbside service at select Voter Service and Polling Centers. Here's how you can request your ballot:

  1. Check your registration at GoVoteColorado.gov and make sure your information is up to date.

  2. Fill out the Curbside Ballot Pick-up Request form and choose a location and date. Use the map below to find the location nearest you. We'll send you an email when your ballot is ready.
    * Requests received after 4 p.m. cannot be processed the same day.

  3. Simply drive, walk or ride to the pick-up tent and an election judge will retrieve your ballot.

For assistance, call 311 (option 8) to speak with a Denver Elections specialist.

In a hurry? Remember, you can still use our in-person voting services at all Voter Service and Polling Centers. For locations and hours, click here.

Will someone else be picking up your ballot for you?

Complete the Emergency Replacement Ballot Form (available October 27) and send it with your designated representative. Your representative will need to present an acceptable ID along with the signed form to pick up your ballot.

Be sure your voter information is current.
