Election Judge Paperwork

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Denver election judge for the 2014 General Election! 

In order to meet federal, state, and county requirements, there are documents election judges must complete annually before working for the Denver Elections Division. Election judge applicants may fill out, print, sign, and return the necessary forms by following the instructions below. If additional documents are required, the election judge staffing team will contact you.

Election Judge Paperwork Steps

Read the documents below containing important information about dates for the upcoming election, election judge assignments, and payment.

  3. Ballot Processing Election Judge Assignments

Return signed forms to the Elections Division in one of the following ways: 

  1. by scanning and emailing to;
  2. by fax to 720-913-8600;
  3. by mail to: Denver Elections Division, Attn. Election Judge Coordinator, 200 W. 14th Ave., Suite 100, Denver, CO 80204; or
  4. in person at the Denver Elections Division.
