In addition to overseeing Denver City Employee University the team provides a consulting practice to serve City clients by identifying immediate business issues and then by managing the processes necessary to develop, control, and deliver quality services.

Glenn Feit joins the Learning and Development team to bring not only solid curriculum and classroom skills, but the creative and technical skills needed to fully engage the city's eLearning capacity. Glenn has taught digital arts for many years, in which his students have won local, regional, and national competitions year after year through SkillsUSA. Now that he no longer has trainees in the competition, Glenn was recently appointed a judge and National Education Team member at SkillsUSA. Glenn has also won acclaim, including a Grammy, for work he has done as a recording engineer and producer, and more recently, a Telly Communicator award (Director). More importantly, Glenn has led eLearning projects and will be instrumental in developing customized citywide training through City University.
Lisa is a can-do change agent and coach, who shares her positive attitude to motivate others to see their potential to soar. She is a thought leader focused on outcomes and possesses the courage to stretch the limits. Lisa has a passion to educate, develop and empower people. Lisa brings to the city more than 25 years of experience and knowledge in the roles of human resources management, operations management and organizational development, which allows her to understand the many facets of an organization. Prior to joining the city, Lisa spent the majority of this journey in the telecom industry as a manager and an individual contributor seeking various opportunities for best practice and sustainable impact.
As a lifelong learner herself, Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Regis University in Organizational Development with a minor in Human Resource Management; a Master’s of Education with an emphasis in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University. In addition, she has held her PHR certificate for over six years.
With more than 20 years experience training in a variety of settings, Andi believes firmly that it is through learning that we have the power to change how we view ourselves in relation to our environment. Andi entered the City’s workforce in 2005 as a trainer for Office of Economic Development and now facilitates topics for OHR ranging from supervisory courses to Business Writing. She brings to the City and County of Denver a passion for supporting workplace literacy.
She has served as an adjunct faculty member for Community College of Denver and trained in multiple industries including aerospace, education, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a B.A. in Psycholinguistics from Oberlin College.
