In this free presentation, we will explore the literature on how hypnosis helps people with common problems in psychotherapy such as depression, anxiety, and anger, concluding with a discussion on how hypnosis can be used to help people attain a greater appreciation of their mind/body relationship and higher levels of performance in areas such as sports psychology.
