Ways You Can Donate

We all play a role in building a healthy community. Be a giver by investing in a supported and connected future for every person in need. Here are some ways you can make a difference today.

Donate to Seasonal Community Drives

Donations from people like you allow us to meet the needs of our community. Follow us on social media and watch for community announcements to find out how you can support our annual drives, including:

  • Spring Showers Hygiene Drive (May)
  • Adopt-a-Student School Supply Drive (July-August)
  • Adopt-a-Family, Teen, or Senior Holiday Gift Drive (November-December)

Donate to Denver Human Services

Our GIVE Center is a free resource center where anyone in the community can come, regardless of their situation. Our resource navigators work with community partners to connect individuals and families to essential hygiene items like diapers, wipes, shampoo, soap, and other hygiene products, as well children’s pajamas. The GIVE Center is funded completely by donations – we need you to keep our shelves full of necessities for your neighbors in need.

Help Change Homelessness

Community connections are vital to creating a better future for every Denver resident. Be a giver by donating to or sponsoring one of the designated meters downtown, where people can contribute loose change to help individuals and families in need. Your investment will help someone pay the rent, cover the mortgage, and avoid eviction. Together, we can prevent homelessness. Email MeterSponsor@denvergov.org for more information.
