About the Community Outreach and Resource Engagement division

Our outreach workers can help individuals connect to:

  • Financial coaching (how to pay down debt, reach your financial goals, save for college and retirement, tax planning and much more)
  • Cooking classes
  • Fresh produce and food
  • Recreation centers
  • and more

Please note: EBT cards are only available at the three Denver Human Services offices, or by applying by phone or by mail. Outreach caseworkers can help you with the paperwork and forms to apply for an EBT card.
