Since 2003, the City and County of Denver has imposed a 1 mill property tax levy dedicated to funding services for Denver residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This levy is projected to generate about $17.5 million in 2018. Historically, revenue derived from this levy was allocated to fund services through the Community Centered Board (CCB) for Denver.
