Denver afterschool programs survey students about marijuana

A portion of revenue from Denver’s special 3.5 percent recreational marijuana sales tax is being used to support marijuana education through free or low-cost afterschool and summer programs with funding from the Denver Office of Children’s Affairs.



Applications for new licenses, renewals, transfers or modifications of existing licenses will be accepted Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm.

Our staff can answer your questions about licensing processes, but cannot provide legal nor business advice. An overview of the licensing process as well as required fees and forms can be found below.

Please Note: One (1) application per appointment. You can check-in 15 minutes early to appointment. You will not be able to check-in late for an appointment.
