Denver Marijuana Industry Bulletin: Required Refrigeration of Hash Oil & Concentrates

Due to potentially serious public health concerns, all hash oils and oil or glycerin concentrates must be kept refrigerated, unless the manufacturer has written approval from Denver Environmental Health.



Applications for new licenses, renewals, transfers or modifications of existing licenses will be accepted Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm.

Please bring your completed application package and all required documents to Denver Excise & Licenses. Our staff can answer your questions about licensing processes, but cannot provide legal nor business advice. An overview of the licensing process as well as required fees and forms can be found below.

Please Note: One (1) application per appointment. You can check-in 15 minutes early to appointment. You will not be able to check-in late for an appointment.
