Get Certified


 

We are pleased to provide a single online application to

  • apply for certification,
  • renew your certification (each year), or
  • apply for recertification (every three years).  

Be sure to indicate the certification type(s) you are seeking.

FEES: There is a $200 application fee for a new MWBE, EBE, SBE, and/or SBEC certification. This fee is payable online with any major credit or debit card at the end of the application and must be paid prior to submittal. It is not refundable. ACDBE and DBE certifications are free of charge. Annual renewals have a non-refundable $50 fee.

We regularly offer our free two-hour training on how to certify your business as one or more of the following: 

                Small Business Enterprise (SBE)

                Small Business Enterprise Concession (SBEC)

                Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)

                Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE)

                Women Business Enterprise (WBE)

                Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)

                Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE)

1st Hour:     Overview of DSBO and Certification Programs 

2nd Hour:    Walk-through of the Unified Certification Process Application

RSVP: To attend a virtual certification training, please register online and select an upcoming session. If you are unable to RSVP online, please contact us at 720-913-1714 to register. At the prompt, leave your name, company name, phone number and training date preference, and you will be contacted by our office to verify your registration.


 

  • If you are certified under any of the local programs (MWBE/SBE/EBE/SBEC), you will only need to complete the MWBE/SBE/EBE/SBEC renewal application. This renewal application will also renew your DBE certification. There is a $50 renewal fee for this application payable online with any major credit or debit card.

  • If you only have ACDBE and/or DBE, please complete the No Change Affidavit application for the annual review only. ACDBE and DBE renewals are free of charge.

  • Please make sure all affidavits are complete and notarized. Remember to include all required documents, as incomplete applications delays the process.

Please download and complete this one-page form to request that NAICS codes be added or removed from your certification.

If your company has graduated from its DSBO certification and you are interested in returning to the program, please re-apply for certification. There is a $200 fee.

If your company has graduated from some of the NAICS codes because of size standards, but you are still certified as SBE and/or M/WBE, you may be eligible to receive those NAICS codes again. 

If your company has graduated from the certification program because the owner has exceeded the personal net worth, you cannot return to the program (the $1.32M limit has not changed).
