DPR's Planning division prepares park master plans to provide a common vision and framework for implementing improvements to park services, programs and new facilities throughout Denver’s system of urban parks and mountain parks. Master plans are a result of extensive analysis and collaboration with public interests and user groups, guiding funding allocations each year that support the design and construction of capital projects and other improvements.
