Denver Recreation Center Closures
Effective March 16, 2020: With the announcement made by Mayor Michael B. Hancock of a pending Public Health Order, the City & County of Denver will close all Denver Recreation Centers until further notice. All centers that are meal sites will continue to serve program participants during regularly scheduled hours (Monday-Friday, 3:30-5:30pm). Learn more about this program.
In addition, Denver Parks and Recreation (DPR) has made the difficult decision to cancel all registered spring programs. Customers registered for programs will be fully refunded. If you have additional questions, please reach out to email@example.com.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this time.

Often called "moving meditation," this class is a graceful form of exercise that helps reduce stress and improve overall health and well-being through stretching and gentle movement.
This meditative practice includes longer holds to ignite the body’s internal heat and allow deep release to occur. Students learn to balance strength with flexibility and effort with surrender in each pose. Level I is for beginners. Level II includes more challenging movements.
