Complaints can be filed with the Public Health Inspections Division for issues related to the regulated operations in the table below. When complainants leave contact information, an investigator will follow up with the individual to notify them of the outcome of the investigation. With some exceptions, complaints, as well as other inspection records and reports generated and maintained by the division of Public Health Inspections, are considered public record.
