2016 Annual Graffiti "Brush Off" & Litter Cleanup

This year our volunteers went to work along the Federal Boulevard corridor in west Denver to remove graffiti, pick up little litter and enhance the community. Thanks to everyone for their hard work!

On Saturday, July 23rd, Denver Partners Against Graffiti sponsored the “Brush Off” at Barnum Park. Hundreds of volunteers, children, adults, and lots of City Employees from various departments joined forces, braved the heat — 99 degrees in the shade — to spruce up the Federal Boulevard corridor in Denver!

Volunteers were equipped with spray cans and buckets of paint erasing graffiti vandalism, and kids were eager to spray tags off of bus benches and poles. Push brooms, dustpans and trash grabbers were in full swing collecting lots of little litter that was tossed out of car windows.

For information on how you can become a "Brush Off" partner and adopt a traffic sign/utility pole in your community, or where you can pick up supplies to remove graffiti from your property call 311 (720-913-1311)
