New 252-unit Affordable Housing Underway in Far Northeast Denver

One of the first projects to receive funding from Denver’s dedicated affordable housing fund broke ground today in a ceremony attended by city officials, including Mayor Michael B. Hancock, and Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager. Construction on East Range Crossings, a 252-unit affordable housing development, will begin later this month.
