    The Denver Career Service Personnel Rules do not create or constitute any contractual rights between or among the City and County of Denver, the Career Service Board, the Office of Human Resources and any employee or applicant for employment. The Denver Career Service Personnel Rules may only be modified, rescinded, or revised, in writing, by the Career Service Board, which reserves the right to unilaterally modify, rescind, or revise the rules at any time consistent with its rule-making process.

    Executive Orders

    An Executive Order establishes or defines a policy to which all Agencies under the Mayor shall adhere. An Executive Order Committee oversees the Executive Order process.  The Budget and Management Office is charged with maintaining the master file of Executive Orders. This information is contained in Executive Order 1 and can be read by clicking on the link below.
