This 10 month program is designed to introduce non-supervisory employees throughout the City & County of Denver to the roles and responsibilities of supervision.
New Hire Training

Develop key skills to advance your career as an individual contributor, a supervisor, or an executive leader.
Any instructor-led course offering can be customized for specific work groups by arrangement. We will conduct an intake meeting to determine how the requested training can best help achieve desired outcomes.
Special sessions can be arranged for in-tact groups desiring a facilitator to launch, develop, or revamp work teams.
Clients can engage staff to facilitate team retreats, special meetings, planning sessions or any other event where an outside facilitator is desirable.
Temporary and volunteer trainers and facilitators can receive special instruction on course design, delivery, facilitation skills, and adult learning principles from staff training professionals.
Classes for groups and coaching for individuals can be arranged to develop the formal presentation skills needed for impromptu situations and to inform, persuade, or teach groups of people.
Consultation and Coaching
Members of the Learning and Development team are available to help evaluate work-place issues and develop appropriate interventions, including individual coaching as appropriate.
