Individual Audit Request Exception During a Study
This form is used when an employee’s job classification is part of classification maintenance study and the supervisor/manager would like to remove the employee from the maintenance study in order to submit an Individual Position Audit. Your Classification & Compensation Analyst will guide you through the process.
Work Assignment Outside of Job
This form allows an Appointing Authority to assign all the duties and responsibilities of a higher-level vacant position to an employee in a lower-level classification for a period of time not to exceed one year.
End of Work Assignment Outside of Job Classification
This form is used when the original Working Out of Class assignment or extension is ending earlier than the end date initially entered into Workday.
Signature Addendum Form
Each Classification and Compensation form requires signature approval based on Career Service Rule. If the department/agency requires additional levels of approval other than those required by Career Service Rule, complete the signature addendum form. The signature addendum form allows departments/agencies to designate up to ten additional levels of required signatures. The signature addendum form may be attached to any Classification and Compensation form to complete the department/agency's internal processes.
