The city provides a wide variety of resources through the GuidanceResources® Employee Assistance Program (EAP). These confidential resources are available to help you and your employees deal with a wide range of work-life issues. The Behavioral Health Toolkit for Managers helps managers navigate the services provided by GuidanceResources in addition to other resources and training that the city provides.
