The Office of Special Events can help guide you in the planning process, permitting requirements and producing your special event. The office functions as a public resource on all aspects of event production and as a liaison to the many festivals, outdoor concerts, runs, walks and parades held in the City.
Event organizers need to contact the Office of Special Events a minimum of 90 days prior to event date.
