On 09-23-2012 at approximately 1:00 AM, a pedestrian was walking across S Broadway at E Cedar Ave when she was struck by a vehicle that was traveling southbound on S Broadway. The man believed to be responsible for numerous groping incidents in the Denver Metro area has been arrested by Denver Police on September 18, 2012. He is identified as Juan Hernandez-Vargas (D.O.B. 06-24-1986) and is being held for investigation of multiple counts of unlawful sexual contact.
